Professional building experience – South Jordan, UT
After meeting with typical contractors who seem to lack a plan and time management skills, I met with Kelly Anderson of Ironwood Custom Builders from an acquaintance’s recommendation. I chose to contract with Ironwood because of Kelly’s approach to an addition of a solarium to my house as a project manager. Expectations were clear, consistent weekly check-ins were upheld to schedule, and commitments were negotiated and met. Because of the positive experience with my addition, I contracted with Ironwood again to finish my basement. All told it was a 6-digit project and I am glad for it. Costs were reviewed and agreed upon, overages were not an occurrence. Delays were only due to city inspection. When different inspectors came through for the two separate projects, they both complimented the quality of work unsolicited. I would highly recommend Ironwood Custom Builders, and have done so to two of my friends.

Three Bath Remodel – Cottonwood Heights, UT
Remodeling all three of our bathrooms at the same time could have been a nightmare! Ironwood made it almost painless. Kelly was great to work with as were all his employees and subs.
We did have some communication problems that resulted in some things not turning out the way I wanted, but they listened and offered to correct the mistakes. Overall, I’m so glad I did not have to do all the scheduling, etc. that we usually do ourselves. Our Superintendent David, made sure the subs were there each day and kept me informed of their time schedule, etc.
Every one of the subs that worked in my home were pleasant and respectful and did an excellent job.
The project was finished on time. My bathrooms are now up to date and beautiful!

We LOVE our remodel. Our project manager, Troy Frongner, was at our house almost daily. He coordinated the many contractors that worked on our house, negotiated with them as necessary and assured quality workmanship. Kelly Anderson also made sure that we were satisfied in every way and made sure that communication was crystal clear as to our expectations and theirs.
