At Ironwood Custom Builders, we love helping our clients tackle their remodeling projects. Over the years, we’ve helped many clients fall in love with their home all over again. Whether breathing new life into an outdated kitchen or adding an addition for more livable space, bringing your vision to life is one of the reasons we do what we do. So last year when our client requested our help to totally transform their existing 3-car garage, we couldn’t wait to get started!
We started by removing the home’s third garage space and replaced it with a brand-new third and fourth car garage. Below the garage’s main level, we added an additional fifth and sixth car garage underground. To add more liveable space to the client’s home, we added an upper level to the garage where we built a stunning mother-in-law apartment. The client gained an additional 1,200 square feet of living space with the addition of the mother-in-law apartment to the garage. The apartment features a beautiful kitchen, spacious master suite, powder room, and so much more! To finish off this remodeling project, the home’s exterior, windows, and garage doors were updated.
